Q: What do you require from me?

A: We need an area that is unobstructed and at least 20' x 20' (exceptions for larger slides etc.) to set up our air-inflated ride. Our rides can be set up on most hard level surface such as grass, asphalt, concrete etc. These rides can also be set up indoors provided there is sufficient ceiling clearance. Our rides require standard household 20 amp (110. V) electrical hook up. Where electrical access is not available, moonwalks4fun will provide a generator for a nominal fee. The blower will need to be located within 75 feet of a grounded plug. Set up area must be free of debris, animal droppings, hazardous materials etc. and have overhead clearance from trees, power lines etc.

Q: How far in advance should I book an inflatable ride?

A: It is best to call 4 to 6 weeks prior to  a scheduled event in order to secure the best selection of equipment and availability. However, We generally can accommodate last-minute requests.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, we require a nonrefundable $50 deposit to secure your reservation. If you decide to cancel your event you must do so 14 days prior to the event or your deposit will be fortified. We accept cash, checks, and money orders.

Q: How many children can the bouncer hold?

A: Generally speaking, between four and eight children at one time. However, this really depends on the size of the children and the size of the inflatable you rent.

Q: what are the appropriate ages for bouncing

A: depending on the bouncer, some bouncers are good for ages 2 to 12 years old and others are good for ages 2 to adult. Call us or email us for more details if you are not sure.

Q: What if it rains?

A: We do not operate our inflatables in high winds or rain. When we cancel your ride due to inclement weather, we will be willing to reschedule your event or refund your deposit. If it starts to rain or winds increase to 20 mph, our inflatables must be deflated to ensure the safety of all riders and your deposit will not be refunded.


Q: Can an inflatable be set up indoors?

A: Yes, we can set up indoors, needing a double wide door allowing access for large inflatable roll ups. There will also need to be a tall ceiling to allow for overhead clearance of inflatables. If you have access to an indoor gym, conference room, fire hall, warehouse, banquet hall etc., there is no need to be concerned with inclement weather.

Q: Does moonwalks4fun have liability insurance?

A: Yes, we are insured with liability insurance to operate in New York/New Jersey. For schools, parks, recreation departments, business corporations and other organizations who require vendors to be insured, we can provide a certificate of liability insurance. All of our inflatables are made from fire-resistant material.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?

A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your inflatable rental, please call us as soon as possible. We understand that things come up and we will work with you to choose another day if you decide to reschedule. If you decide to cancel and not reschedule, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your rental date or you lose your deposit. We do except weather cancellations with no penalty on the day of your event. If you are canceling due to bad weather, you must call us before we arrive. If rain or wind is forecasted in your area we will cancel the rental and refund your deposit.
